Why can’t I log into DFA?

Answer: You will be prompted to enter your DFA credentials in ATD. Do not enter your Google Account sign-in information. You must enter your legacy DFA sign-in to access DFA to access both DFA5 and DFA6. If you do not know or have forgotten your legacy DFA sign-in, then you should either contact the DFA administrator at your agency or contact DFA support at dfa@support.doubleclick.net in order to retrieve your legacy DFA sign-in and password.

If you are still having difficulties, please check with your DFA administrator at your agency to ensure that your DFA user profile is API Login enabled. Your administrator must check the API box on your user profile to give your profile access to the DART API.

What does it mean when an impression is reported as "Non-Categorized"?

Answer: When you see “Non Categorized” impressions for vendor media it signals one of a few things:

-    “Not Categorized and Invalid/IFrameURL”: Your ad was nested in more than two iFrame layers. Typically this is caused by “deep trading” between multiple ad exchanges or ad networks.
-    “Not Enough Content”: The page was light on content and ATD was unable to make a content determination. Often these pages are flash or contain only images.
-    “Unspecified Content”: The page had plenty of content but it was not specifically about one category. Often these pages are home pages or social media pages with a variety of content.

How does ATD track actions?

Answer: ATD tracks actions using action tracking pixels that can be generated and managed in ATD. ATD pixels are compatible with both DFA Floodlight Tags and Atlas Universal Action Tags and are attached like any other action tracking pixel. ATD action pixels can be placed directly on a conversion page.
